PFLAG is the first and largest organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) people, their parents and families, and allies.
Dawn Holt is the past President of PFLAG Portland which includes PFLAG Portland, PFLAG Portland East County - serving Portland’s conservative East side - and PFLAG Portland Washington County - serving Portland’s suburban West side. In addition to her service in PFLAG, Dawn served as the Co-Chair of Equity Foundation, an Oregon-based community foundation for the LGBTQ+ community. She was also appointed by Oregon’s Labor Commissioner to Chair the Oregon Council on Civil Rights in 2011. Dawn is a practicing Buddhist.
