Founded in 1973, PFLAG is the first and largest organization dedicated to supporting, educating, and advocating for LGBTQ+ people and their families. PFLAG’s network of hundreds of chapters and more than 325,000 members and supporters works to create a caring, just, and affirming world for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them.

His work focuses on providing resources and supporting chapters through programming. Previously, Shaun spent two years working at his undergraduate alma mater, Plymouth State University in New Hampshire, supporting the Frost House staff in Title IX, Dean of Students, and various student affairs initiatives.
Shaun holds a Master of Education in Community Engagement from the Community Engagement Fellowship program at Merrimack College in Massachusetts where his culminating project was a workshop focused on Queer history, intergenerational connection and experiential education within LGBTQ+ and adjacent communities. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire and Associate of Science in Human Services from Middlesex Community College in Massachusetts.
