  1. Talk about the first time that you attended a Pride celebration/parade. What were your initial reactions? Did you feel comfortable? Did you understand everything that you saw?
  1. What do you know about the history of Pride parades and celebrations in the US? What about in your community? Are there resources that may help you learn more? 
  1. Do you plan on participating in Pride events in your community this year? Will you be attending with an organized group (like your company’s ERG or your local PFLAG chapter) or will you be attending with family and friends?
