Victor is the Partnerships and Communities Coordinator, responsible for supporting, expanding, and ensuring visibility and inclusive representation of the PFLAG Connects: Communities. Before joining PFLAG National, Victor worked as a Project Coordinator with Family Voices National, supporting a network of organizations serving families of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) and disabilities. Prior to his non-profit work, he managed academic support and outreach programs at a public university in Central Texas.
