Antón Castellanos Usigli, MPH, is a healthcare leader, consultant and innovator. He is the founder and CEO of ACU Innovation and Consulting LLC, a New York City-based consulting firm specialized in healthcare strategy, innovation, quality improvement, executive leadership, multi-sectoral partnerships, inclusivity, patient insights, patient retention and patient experience.  He has worked for organizations such as AIDS Healthcare Foundation, Fenway Health, Wyckoff Heights Medical Center and Reckitt.

Since 2018, Antón has been a member of the PFLAG National Board of Directors. At PFLAG, Antón has been part of the Policy Committee and the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. On numerous occasions, he has contributed with his public health expertise at PFLAG, providing guidance, resources and information on topics such as COVID-19, mental health, sexual health and monkeypox.

Antón is a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) candidate at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a former Cheng Fellow at the Social Innovation and Change Initiative of the Harvard Kennedy School. He has a Master of Public Health from Columbia University in New York City, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, and has been a speaker in Congresses across twelve countries.
