Kelly Brooks-Hailey is a resident of Baltimore County, Maryland and is the Employer Engagement Specialist for a non-profit in Baltimore City working with businesses in Maryland to help make improvements to processes, policies, and procedures to create thriving and sustainable businesses and company cultures. Kelly is passionate about the work she does in helping to improve the employee daily work experience. She is a graduate of UMBC and holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. Kelly and her wife Ivy have been happily married for 3 years and are looking forward to starting a family.

Kelly is an emerging leader in her community and serves on the steering committee as the Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator for her local PFLAG Howard County chapter. Kelly is also a National Board nominee as a Member-Elected Director, FY 2020-2022 and currently holds a position on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee at PFLAG National.
