What the Plus?: Understanding and Supporting Expansive LGBTQ+ Identities Recording & Training Toolkit
Lesbian. Gay. Bisexual. Transgender. Queer. Simple, right? As allies become more engaged in LGBTQ+ spaces and advocacy, they often have questions about “the plus.” Please join PFLAG National for this 75-minute workshop to learn more about those identities that go beyond the LGBT basics - including nonbinary, pansexual, asexual, aromantic, intersex, and polyamorous.
We’ll discuss ways to demonstrate allyship and develop effective chapter programming. And we’ll help you get connected with organizations led by, and resources created for, those who hold these often invisible and underserved identities.
