Juliana Litterio

She, Her, Hers

Juliana Litterio first turned to PFLAG as a member when her teenage child came out as a transgender male in November 2020. PFLAG was critical to enable, guide and provide tools for Juliana and her family during this time. Since then, she has evolved from a PFLAG member to an LGBTQ+ ally and is now becoming an activist to support the larger community.

Juliana is a seasoned Global executive with a proven history of driving profitable accelerated growth in mid and large size, scaling businesses. Her foundational expertise was developed as a finance executive at Procter & Gamble, where she held progressively higher impact positions over 21 years. After that, Juliana also worked in small and scaling companies to build capabilities, enhance strategic planning, define priorities, and enable growth, both as a CFO and as a CEO. Juliana is passionate about building diverse high performing teams. She was the first female and Brazilian CFO for P&G and the first female and Latina executive at Thermacell. She is a mentor, coach for minorities and led/championed multiple DEI initiatives. She has been an LGBTQIA+ ally across her career and championed the formation of the first LGBTQIA+network/support group at Thermacell.

Juliana is now focused on boards and mentoring, and was previously a Board member for LBFE Boston (Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly – non-profit) for four years. She served as Treasurer (four years), Finance Committee Chair (three years), Personnel Committee (four years) and Real State task force Co-Chair (one year).

Juliana and her husband Flavio were born and raised in Brazil and moved to the Greater Boston area in 2017, where they actively participate with PFLAG Greater Boston.
