What the +?: Understanding and Supporting Expansive LGBTQ+ Identities Recording & Training Toolkit
Lesbian. Gay. Bisexual. Transgender. Queer. Simple, right? Not for everyone. As allies become more engaged in LGBTQ+ spaces and advocacy, they often have questions about “the plus.” Please join PFLAG National to learn more about terminology that goes beyond the basics. Whether you’re not a member of the LGBTQ+ community or a person who is LGBTQ+ looking to understand and serve as an ally to others in this space, this session will get you started and ready for conversations.
One of our key goals is to help you take the information that you learned in this session and use it to make your chapter stronger and more effective. To do that, we’ve created this page to provide you with tools, resources, and references to materials mentioned in the workshop. As always, the PFLAG National staff is here to help. If you have any questions, comments, or just need some good advice, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
