Monthly Support Meeting

Join us for our monthly Gender Expansive Support Meeting where we discuss gender and related experiences.

This meeting welcomes everyone: transgender, nonbinary, and gender expansive people and their allies, including parents, spouses, family members, and supportive friends. Whether you’re exploring your own gender journey or supporting someone in theirs, this is your space.

No registration required—just show up as you are.

Downtown Orlando meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month and are hybrid – you can attend in-person or via Zoom.

3) Come to our online meeting to learn about ways you can help our chapter, things like staffing our information booth at community events and advocacy efforts. We’ll also have time to brainstorm volunteering activities.

Guest speaker: Chris Mosier, a trailblazing athlete, coach, and founder of TransAthlete.com, the leading resource for transgender inclusion in sport. As one of the most visible voices opposing anti-trans legislation in the U.S., Chris has become a driving force in the fight for trans rights and equity. Chris will speak for the first hour; the support portion of the meeting will follow.

Our monthly online support meetings are open to all and provide a comfortable atmosphere of openness where parents, families, friends and LGBTQ+ individuals can share their experiences with others to learn how to support one another with love and pride.

As immigration enforcement intensifies across the Bay Area, PFLAG San Francisco is hosting a conversation with MONARCA on ICE community defense.

MONARCA will walk through what community defense looks like in practice: what families have a right to know, what protections exist, and how we can support each other through this moment.
