Join us as we honor and remember those in the transgender community who have died due to violence and discrimination against them. Date, time, and location TBD.

November is Transgender Awareness Month. Join us to talk to non-binary and transgender members of our community.

T-Time is a private support group for adults (parents, grandparents, siblings, spouses/partners) who have a transgender, nonbinary, or gender expansive family member.

With Kidpower Community Education Director Erika Leonard (who has been a PFLAG member since 2018), we’ll practice ways to:
– Set clear, respectful boundaries
– Deal with negative reactions to boundaries
– Manage triggers so you can stay effective
– Respond effectively to boundary crossing
– Protect yourself emotionally in the face of behavior that feels rude, hurtful, or disrespectful

We are virtual-only for November! Get a warm beverage and snuggle up with your device to participate in our workshop from the comfort of your home. We’ll be back in-person for December.

We join the Grinnell Pride Collective every third Friday of the month for the Rainbow Oasis gathering from 6pm-8pm. Rainbow Oasis is a casual social gathering for all LGBTQIA individuals and those who support them. There are snacks and fun (games, crafts,
