Find a Meeting

Facilitators conduct 3 simultaneous, separate support groups on the first Tuesday of every month: (1) Parents/friends/allies, (2) LGBTQ+ ADULTS (ages 18 and up), and (3) Teens age 13 through graduating high school.

WHAT TO EXPECT: In the adult groups, expect a warm welcome, presentation of group guidelines, and brief introductions, followed by a facilitated discussion based on the needs of attendees. Attendees may participate in the discussion or just observe–whatever they feel comfortable doing.

The teen groups include chatting, with options to play games and do crafts.

Who attends and information shared is confidential for all groups.

PFLAG Jersey Shore provides a safe & welcoming space where peer-to-peer support is provided to LGBTQ+ individuals and those who love them. Join us to share experiences, find support, and build community connections.

PFLAG Jersey Shore collaborates with Ocean Partnership for Children (OPC) to bring social support groups to LGBTQ+ teens. Teen meetings are held at the same time as the adult meetings occur and provide an opportunity for teens to share experiences, find support, and build community connections.

Our monthly, in-person Renton support meeting is open to all and provides a comfortable atmosphere of openness where parents, families, friends and LGBTQ+ individuals can share their experiences with others to learn how to support one another with love and pride. A variety of educational materials are available for free.

Annual dinner for the Lower Columbia LGBTQ+ community. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share.

Let’s just hang out and be social! Bring your best homemade or store bought treats to share or just come along and grab some of ours! Drinks will be provided. Parking is located in the back parking lot of the church building.
