Our guest speaker is Andrew Patrie, an Eau Claire teacher, author & dad of a trans daughter.

Our support groups focus on challenges and feelings associated with coming out as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning – LGBTQ+ – and the way this impacts relationships with families, friends, and our larger communities. This is for ALL members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as our allies!

Adult Peer Support Meeting

This facilitated peer-to-peer conversation will offer a time to receive support and learn from others who are on the journey of being fully supportive allies.

The PFLAG Nazareth/Lehigh Valley board comes together to discuss the past month as well as brainstorm and plan for upcoming events. Anyone is more than welcome to attend. These meetings are help via Zoom.

Parents & Allies virtual support group

Facilitators conduct 2 simultaneous, separate support groups on the first Tuesday of every month:
(1) Parents/friends/allies
(2) LGBTQ+ ADULTS (ages 18 and up)

WHAT TO EXPECT: Expect a warm welcome, presentation of group guidelines, and brief introductions, followed by a facilitated discussion based on the needs of attendees. Attendees may participate in the discussion or just observe–whatever they feel comfortable doing. Who attends and information shared is confidential within both groups.
